Founded in 2017, Valenhora has grown steadily, reaching hundreds of participants and mentors annually. The program is run entirely by a dedicated volunteer team passionate about creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and supporting emerging professionals. Over a six-month mentorship period, mentees work closely with mentors to gain insights, confidence, and practical experience to accelerate their career paths.
